1. How do I apply for a room?

2. What are my options for payment?
Direct Debit is Preferred, or you can pay by cash or cheque into our Bank Account

4. Can you tell me more about the security bond?
Once you have been approved, a 4 week security bond is required prior to moving in. The bond will be refunded once you have completed your contracted leasing term subject to the room and furnishings being in the same condition as they were upon occupation. Normal wear and tear will be taken into consideration. The security bond cannot be used to settle rental towards the end of your stay.
Please Note: By Queensland law, all security bonds must be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Authority.
5. Is the complex secure?
The complex is fully fenced with Security Gates, we employ an offsite caretaker and have 24 hour digital infra-red security surveillance system. Each individual room is secured by unique key access. This same key also accesses all community areas. All units have security screen doors and windows.
6. Is food catering available?
Food catering is not available however it is only a short walk to the supermarket and various restaurants and cafés.
