2. What are my options for payment?

4. Can you tell me more about the security bond?
Once you have been approved, a 4 week security bond is required prior to moving in. The bond will be refunded once you have completed your contracted leasing term subject to the room and furnishings being in the same condition as they were upon occupation. Normal wear and tear will be taken into consideration. The security bond cannot be used to settle rental towards the end of your stay.
Please Note: By Queensland law, all security bonds must be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Authority.
5. Is the complex secure?
The complex is fully fenced with Security Gates, we employ an offsite caretaker and 24 hour digital infra-red security surveillance. Each individual room is secured by unique key access. This same key also accesses all community areas. All units have security screen doors and windows.
6. What discounts are available for prepayment of rent?
For prepayment of 12 months rent, a 4% discount will be applied. For prepayment of 6 months rent, a 2% discount will be applied.
7. Is food catering available?
Food catering is not available however it is only a short walk to the supermarket and various restaurants and café’s.
